Kashi Diamonds offers a 14-days money-back guarantee, no questions asked. A full refund will be issued by the same payment method to the same account or credit card, under the following conditions:

The merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 14 days upon receiving it, and it must be in its original condition.

The merchandise must not have been worn.

The merchandise must not have been used.

The merchandise must not have been sized (excluding special orders).

Kashi Diamonds retain the right to refuse any refund after 14 days. As manufacturers that sell our diamonds and gems for wholesale prices and not for a retail price with high markups, we strongly believe you understand our position.

If Kashi Diamonds chooses to authorize a refund after 14-days from the purchased date, a portion of the total cost will be deducted for any expenses paid and damaged incurred. The returned item and the amount subtracted will be discussed between Kashi Diamonds and the customer.
If a customer neglects to complete any payment installations 14 days after an order has been placed, Kashi Diamonds reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain a partial or the full deposit and/or the funds paid.
Note: All Custom orders are non-refundable. Furthermore, should Moti Kashi Diamonds purchase any product(s) or diamond(s) at the request of the customer in order to create a custom designed piece of jewelry and the customer decides in the end not to purchase the jewelry, the requested products(s) or/and stone(s) will not be refunded.

Refunds
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment, either by check, wire transfer or PayPal.
Diamonds, color stones and jewelry are inspected upon receipt and prior to the issuance of a refund, exchange or credit. Merchandise that does not match product data in our records will be returned or refused.

Before sending the returned goods, please notify us either by email, our website, or by phone. After sending the returned goods, please send an email with the tracking number and date of shipping to: moti@motikashi.com.
Please insure the merchandise against loss in transit, and pay freight and handling charges in advance. Kashi Diamonds is not responsible for any diamond, color stone or jewelry that it does not receive, or that is not returned in accordance with the above terms.
